BACKGROUND
Cure SMA provides support to patients and families affected by spinal muscular atrophy and funds and directs research leading the way to a cure for SMA.
It was time for Cure SMA to move away from their current CRM and fundraising platform to something that better suited their expanding needs. They had been using their systems for a long time and their team was unsure what the best next steps would be. So they turned to Tackle to help them navigate the best plan for their growing technical needs.

Tackle started with creating a phased plan.
We performed a needs analysis to discover what features Cure SMA needed in a new CRM and fundraising platform.
Next, we researched systems, engaged with vendors for demos, and helped Cure SMA assess what system would best fit their needs, ultimately helping facilitate the final selection process.
Then we moved into a planning phase where we outlined next steps for implementation. This included approach, configuration needs, data mapping, training, and timelines.

Now that the first stages of this project have wrapped up, our team will continue working alongside Cure SMA on implementation, system integrations, and ongoing support over the next two years.
