Next, we researched systems, engaged with vendors for demos, and helped Cure SMA assess what system would best fit their needs, ultimately helping facilitate the final selection process.
Then we moved into a planning phase where we outlined next steps for implementation. This included approach, configuration needs, data mapping, training, and timelines.
