- Evaluation and advocacy for an organization looking to move from Salesforce Unlimited to Salesforce Enterprise under the Power of Us program, helping them save tens of thousands of dollars per year. We kicked off their migration at the end of 2023 with donation and event platform integrations as part of the initiatives for 2024.
- Continuing our partnership from 2022 with a direct services organization serving native communities (spreadsheets to Salesforce for case management) – we embarked upon additional initiatives in 2023 to expand their capacity to track inventory and funding resources related to the services they provide to organizations and communities.
- Rearchitected the Salesforce integration and associated business process for managing and tracking a 400+ question, multi-branch annual constituent survey for individuals and families experiencing a progressive neurodegenerative disease.
- Created Dashboard and Reporting models for Fundraising and Event staff to manage tasks, workload, and performance to goal. Created Executive Fundraising Dashboard to track performance across all Fundraising Channels.

- Worked with the finance and development teams of an organization focusing on equitable access to education to develop Budget and Forecasting dashboards and data infrastructure for their unique needs. Also implemented Formstack Documents for use with Salesforce as a donor acknowledgement solution for development team.
- Automated numerous processes that give program and development staff more insight into client and donor activities, prompting timely engagement and follow up.
- Evaluation and project approach for an organization looking to undertake a household conversion, moving programs from spreadsheets to Salesforce, and integrating a donor platform. We kicked off their household conversion at the beginning of 2024.
- Rolled out Monthly Check-Ins for our On-Demand Help Desk clients to address one-off questions, provide guidance for users, and maintain consistent contact with our client’s current initiatives and how we might be able to assist.

- Consultation and support for a client that had migrated from Kindful to Salesforce and FundraiseUp the previous year. Helped further refine their usage of existing NPSP and Salesforce functionality – as well as associated business processes – to line up with current and forward-looking goals. Also helped them establish profile and permission strategy and implementation for expanding their team and users of Salesforce.
- Evaluation and ongoing refinement of existing structure, reports, and dashboards to better meet federal reporting requirements for an organization who works to eradicate human trafficking. Also implemented an online referral form using Form Titan for organization partners to help streamline the intake process.
- Introduced the New Client Wellness Check for clients already using Salesforce, which allows us to approach client priorities with insight and understanding, and immediately share feedback on current system setup and data quality, along with opportunities for improvement.
