Tackle will be there for you whenever you need technology help. Sign up for Help Desk and Tackle will function as your organization’s digital fundraising and CRM tech team. Whenever you have a question, need advice, or technical implementation help, simply submit a ticket to our Help Desk and you will only be billed for the work we do.

How it works.

Get started with our Help Desk and rely on Tackle for quality and efficient technology help.

1. Meet and greet

Let’s hop on the phone and get to know each other. We’ll discuss the current systems you have implemented or considering and what kind of technology needs you have. This will help us discover if our Help Desk is a good fit for your team.

2. Launch

Once everything is a go, we will finalize your contract, sign you up on auto-pay for the administrative monthly fee, and set up your team in our Help Desk. Everyone on your team will receive a welcome email with detailed instructions and you will be introduced to your personal Help Desk guide.

3. Submit Tickets

When you need a donation form updated, report pulled, email list created, or whatever else comes up, simply send us a ticket on Help Desk. Your ticket will be assigned to your support lead, who will respond within 1 business day.

4. Monthly Invoice

You will only be charged for the time we spend actively working on your requests. For tasks or projects that require more than 30 minutes, we will send you an estimate of hours and begin after receiving approval. We’ll send you an invoice on the first day of the month with the time accrued the prior month.

*For organizations needing consistent assistance of 15 hours or more every month, we offer bulk discount agreements. Please contact us for more information.
